On the eve of our first month anniversary owning the "new 1320", I'm going to begin tracking our progress for renovations and updates over the coming months. Today could be called the first official work day at the house, although removing a few shrubs and raking the leaves hardly counts. But it did feel good to break ground on some demolition, hopefully the first of many days getting to a blank slate. Stay tuned!
